Okere City”; in Adwari Sub-County, Otuke District, is a community based social enterprise. It seeks to transform Okere village into a thriving and sustainable tourism city. The founder of the project is Mr. Ojok Okello.

​During brand positioning, Okere City developed a Motto called “Yamo Akwo Koddo”. When translated from the local dialect into English, it literally means A Living Wind Blows. Technically, we call this Motto; A Brand Mantra.
